“I would really like to recommend Chapel House Vets in Staveley to anyone looking for a friendly, knowledgeable, and professional vet practice. On our recent visit, we were greeted by lovely reception staff and again by a welcoming vet who introduced herself, called our dog by her named and listened carefully to the reason for our visit before carrying out a comprehensive examination and coming up with a diagnosis and treatment plan. Cannot fault these guys, give them a try.”

“Amazing place for dog food and accessories as well as I go here for our reptiles as we need frozen rats and mice. Even though they don't store it they will order it in for you and will let you know when it's ready for collection. Honestly really handy ❤️”

“The vet genuinely cared and explained carefully and was very knowledgeable. He was a lovely friendly vet who took time to talk to me in detail. The receptionist made my appointment for the next day and was really friendly and very helpful. I love this vets practice they are the only people I take my cats to see because I know I will not be overcharged, the vets, nurses and all staff look after my cats as if they were their own. I have used this practice with all of my cats for various different reasons from neutering, euthanasia, and flea treatments ect. I never have to wait and they are the best !”

We have always had good experience here with our reactive dogs, we had the cats registered but obviously didn’t come in half as often as we now do. Knowledgeable staff and really good with your pets. Our dogs love going to the vets they get beyond excited when we pull in the car park.”

“Open 6pm to 8am as emergency out of hours. Grateful to receive such quick service when we needed it for a cat with a glass cut. Was seen within 10 mins. Vet nurse dealt with him so they waived the vet consultancy fee which was good. If your vet is a partner practice all the notes etc get sent over which is great.”

“Fantastic location for business travel 1 minute from M1 yet all amenities for a hotel stay on doorstep, restaurants, etc. Free and abundant parking for guests. Room was enormous and facilities excellent for a budget hotel. Reception staff very helpful and knowledgeable regarding local area. Had a bit of trouble with swipe access card but staff on hand to help.”

“We have been using Carla for 2 months to walk our 2 springer spaniels while I recover from an operation on my back. It was a very last minute booking and she was just wonderful and accommodating from the start. One of our dogs is very nervous with new people and we had a few initial meet ups where she came to the house and met the dogs in the back garden with me there. She is very reliable and trustworthy. Always turning up on time and the dogs have really got to know and lover her. They get so excited when she arrives to take them out and the dog who is always so nervous around others, goes up to her for a fuss which is wonderful to see. We highly recommend Carla and will definitely be using her again in the future.”
