   Love this place. I have a nervous large dog and wvery monday i take him in to just look around and by him some good boy treats, also to get my spider some food, always clean tidy and staff are very helpful. So many diffrent products to suit everyones budget.

   Lovely experience buying our first hamster. Sorry didn’t get names, but the lady who spoke to me a lot about hamsters was great, very informative and helpful and the lady at the till when I purchased everything I needed was also helpful.

   I can't believe the manager here. I brought 6 neons tetras, got home in 7 mins and floated the bag whilst putting the shopping away. After 5 mins I thought I'd have a look at the fish... an one of them is floating upside down and swimming down and then floating back up to the water in the bag. The manager wants me to take my sample of tank water to the shop and they will replace him. Aye the fish are still floating in there water in the bag. (From you) Anyways decided to open a bag and test there water and there nitrates are between 50 and 100. I'd say 75. Anyways manager was not happy I tested there water!!! Absolutely a joke they are! Don't buy from pets at home run by kids and people that don't have a clue about fish.

   Recently used vets for pets at pets at home for my kitten Milo, Paul the vet is so lovely and kind and looked after Milo amazingly whilst he had his stay in there for neutering. Can't thank him enough! Highly recommend.

   Great range & reasonable prices with friendly staff. Worth having the VIP pets membership as the vouchers are helpful. The kids love going too as it has a handful of cute furry pets in the middle as well as selection of fish to the side.

   Disappointed with the lack of customer service, effort and unwillingness from the management to help when the sales assistant referred my query. Having used Pets at Home regularly for a number of years, in store and in latter years online. The management in this store does not do the organisation justice.

   Just been to the store and as much as I have never been a fan of large chain pet stores. They had everything I needed for a new pup at a reasonable price, many items had 30% off. However the staff member at the checkout was really friendly engaging and helpful. So I really could not have asked for more.
