“I took my Shetland shepdog Jett to this groomers today after a previous groomer made a right mess of him and could not believe the transformation, he looked gorgeous. All the staff were wonderful so I will be taking him there again. I was so pleased that I took him to a friend to show him off who has dogs of her own who will be taking hers there too she couldn't believe how great he looked he definitely looked like a different dog.”

“I phoned this vets up yesterday and spoke to a lovely receptionist asking if they had got any appointments that day as I wanted a second opinion with my dog, the receptionist was very friendly and helpful got me booked in ASAP and got my dogs medical notes from previous vet transferred straight over to them, the care and compassion towards my dog was absolutely outstanding during the difficult time of saying by final goodbyes to my dog the complete process was explained throughout and there was no rush whatsoever from the staff they made sure my dog was comfortable and supported throughout couldn’t recommend them enough all the staff there are so friendly thank you all again for your support just in the process of transferring my other dogs into your care xx”

“First time pamper session for our 2 year old border collie Beau. Wanted to treat him to his own spa day ( or Spa Hour). We've just spent a fortune on a new bathroom and didn't fancy him scratching new patterns on the bath so decided to try Mucky Pups. They were friendly and courteous from start to finish, from booking on the phone to collecting our pooch. I was a bit anxious about leaving Beau but needn't have worried, when I went to collect him he was let out of his crate, tail wagging and greeting the other Spa guests. He looked and smelled lush....and his manicure was much better than I usually manage. Beau loved it so I was happy, and the price was quite reasonable too.”

“our cockapoo bella has been going to posh paws ever since her first puppy trim (she is 3 this year) she is not the easiest to groom and can be growly at times but she always come back looking and smelling fantastic and i honestly would not ever take her anywhere else as the girls here are amazing xx”

“We had a fabulous overnight stay at the Pebley Inn. It has a lovely deck outside overlooking the countryside, luckily we had a lovely autumn night to make the most of it. We were greeted at check in by the lovely Olivia, it was such a warm friendly welcome and she continued to look after us all night. We stay in a lot of pubs on our travels and don't normally get such amazing service. Food delicious. Beers kept well. Warm atmosphere in the pub. Room well equipped. The whole night was excellent.”

“Passed by here on the way home to nottingham i had the meat and potatoe pie with roast potatoes.my partner had giant yourshire pudding with beef and roast potatoes.the food was lovely good honest homemade food and good portion size. they do a wide range of food all looks great as do the cakes. The staff were very friendly and the service was quick. to all who live close by to lindas store you are very lucky. Next time im anywhere near this shop i will be going back.”

“We stayed for two nights mid April. The room (Chatsworth room) was lovely, a large room with everything you needed. Bed very comfortable , very clean. The bathroom was excellent, a large shower unit. With a continental breakfast available in the price, and tea ,coffee facilities available 2hrs a day. The hotel is ideally situated for a walk to the town centre, only 2 minutes away. On site parking is a bonus. The restaurant is lovely with fantastic food. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. We will definitely be back and would highly recommend a stay to anyone.”

“House Of Waggles is the perfect example of doggy day cares. We set about looking at day cares for our dog when we found out builders would be in and out of the house for a while, we found House of Waggles. We met with Nadia and Phil and they put us right at ease, introducing our boy to all the other dogs in their daily care. Picking him up in the morning and dropping off at night, in their very own school bus. Our boy has never looked back, and neither have we, he's socialised, groomed, walked, trained and cuddled, everything anyone could want for their dog during days at work. Nadia, Phil and the team are committed to the best for these dogs and you can see that as soon as you meet them. I can't credit them enough we get updates, photos of what the dogs get up to, paw-traits, paw paintings and pool party's. And of course helped us with training methods that we can continue at home and if I have any questions they've all been so helpful to us. Thanks House Of Waggles!”

“I had never had a dog that needed grooming before so finding a good one was important to me. I saw Peak Pups ad in our local coffee shop and it came recommended. From the start Laura was and remains fantastic our malshi loves going there for a pampering as it's as if she knows she'll come out looking gorgeous. Laura is always on the end of the phone with after-care advice and help if you need it. Everyone I know who goes to Peak Pups says the same thing , Laura is a lovely lady who cares for her clients and their owners and always makes sure your four legged friend is looked after and looking amazing. Forget any negative reviews they are talking rubbish. I have not been asked to place this review I say it how it is and Laura is the best in the area by a country mile.”

“Lynne and the team provide an excellent service, the dogs clearly enjoy the experience as seen in the pupdates which are sent on request (being sensible of course with the times of requests). They are dog owners and are very responsible. Only issue is very popular and you need to get you booking in early. Strongly recommend.”

“Wow! What a fantastic gem this is! I went in today with our guide dog puppy in training… he’s 9 months old and hasn’t twigged what his destiny is yet so very excitable! I got chatting with the owner and explained Samson’s situation and wow, he was fantastic! Knew without telling him that Samson needs to be calm with all 4 paws on the floor before he is greeted. Thanks to his calm nature Samson soon calmed down too and even accepted a greet with no jumping up. I really appreciate it because lots of people don’t realise how important it is that we don’t encourage jumping up and it’s a challenge we are working on. I didn’t get to buy anything today but it was full of toys and treats and il definitely be back to support this wonderful shop”

“Left my cat for the first time at jj's cattery. Ian made me feel so comfortable about leaving my cat. He is such a nice guy and you can tell he's a cat person. My cat was so well looked after. Can't thank him enough for the care and attention he has given to my cat. I would highly recommend this cattery and would definitely use again.”

“I rang Katie at short notice when my 11yr old British Shorthair suddenly became very poorly....She agreed to come over the same day which is amazing... Unfortunately our Blue Boy passed away before the appointment but Katie and her staff will always be remembered at our house and we'll never use any other Vet now... She is well looked after and loved, I get photos and updates and I'm so comfortable leaving her here. Highly reccomend, you'd be hard pressed to find someone who care about animals as much as Harri does”
