   The restaurant (red lion) is absolutely stunning. It is a place I go to for a meal and do entertaining and never worry about issues with food or that something will be wrong with it. The food is excellent and the staff are immaculately presented. They are well trained and know how to treat the customer. The internal furnishings are 10 out of 10 and changed according to the time of year. I really cannot recommend it enough and never hesitate either.

   Met with a group of friends for an overnight reunion. Peak Edge Hotel was reasonably central for us all so we all convened last Thursday. Even from first entering the hotel reception, the welcome was warm and friendly. Room was superb and the hospitality unsurpassed. Menu for dinner was extensive and excellent. Pictures do not do it justice but I've included them anyway. The staff were superb too. There was a large party in the function room but that did not detract from our dinner or service in any way. They were well trained, attentive and very smart and well groomed - such a pleasure where many other establishments are somewhat lacking. Breakfast in the morning (full English) was excellent too. Only downside is that my wife wants me to take her here as well! I think I will though as it was so good!

   A huge thank you to Peak Edge for the best wedding we could have imagined! Throughout the years of planning our wedding, the team have been amazing at communication and have always answered our queries quickly. The high attention to detail and expertise of the team really shone through during the process of our wedding planning and on the day itself. They took so much time with our day and their guidance and advice really made our wedding flow perfectly and helped to make the planning process easier. The venue itself is stunning and everything that Peak Edge provides is beautiful. The food was incredible and the staff were friendly and great at what they do. We had lots of guests comment on how lovely the wedding breakfast meal was and how good the food in the evening was. On the day, everything was thought of, even down to the staff saving me and my husband some canapes to make sure we had eaten! Our wedding truly was perfect and the best day of our lives, some family and friends even commented that it was the best wedding they had been to. Thank you to everyone who helped to make our day amazing and we fully recommend Peak Edge to any couple wanting to get married at this extraordinary venue. We already can't wait to go back!

   From the moment we arrived, the service was exceptional. We were warmly greeted and seated by Kitti, whose friendly and professional manner set the tone for the evening. Adrian guided us through the wine list with great knowledge and enthusiasm, recommending the perfect pairing for our meal. To finish, Sophie looked after us beautifully with dessert — the perfect sweet ending to a lovely experience. The food was outstanding, beautifully presented, and full of flavour. Combined with the attentive service and welcoming atmosphere, The Red Lion at Peak Edge truly delivered an excellent dining experience. Highly recommended!

   A truly wonderful place to stay! The hotel room was spacious, stylish, and spotless, providing the perfect retreat after a day of exploring. What truly sets this hotel apart, however, is the outstanding service. The staff were proactive and incredibly kind, always there to help with a smile. The dining experience was equally impressive. The meals we had at the restaurant were exquisite and left us wanting more. I can't recommend this place highly enough

   We booked our stay as we were married at The Peak Edge 10 years ago and wanted to celebrate our anniversary there and show our children the hotel. We had a wonderful stay. The room was lovely, the food was great and the staff were extremely helpful and welcoming.

   Definitely improved vastly from our previous stay in 2021 which was not good at all but luckily we had been brought gift vouchers again so stayed this new year eve which was a bit disappointing as it was a very expensive meal and we were in bed at 11pm …. It was a lot better though however I do have to say the hotel was at its very best 4 years ago as It was amazing we stayed for Xmas 2 rooms and had the best time it was absolutely fabulous unfortunately its now a Wedding venue.

   Received vouchers as a leaving gift to spend here as we had stayed before, we were not disappointed. The room was comfy with lovely views. We went down to the restaurant where we had scallops and Thai fishcakes for starter, they were delicious, then we had the beef for the main meal, it was the best meal we have ever had, the beef was out of this world, so tasty. We had breakfast the following morning, we had the full breakfast and again this didn't disappoint. The staff from the front desk to the restaurant and bar were polite and attentive. Overall it was an amazing stay overnight which we will do again in the not too distant future.
