   Came for first time recently, but very very disappointed. Specifically asked to only trim his loverly bushy tail on my dog into a ball & even showed picture to a lady. He came out with his tail cut down fully at the base at one end and his tail shredded at the other end, didn’t notice at time just his bad it was. Realised when got him home he had bits of fur sticking out all over as the cut was very uneven in places, also did not cut his claws which I also mentioned when took him in needed doing. But it says on website it is part of trim,. They didn’t cut claws on another dog same day as the owner mentioned it. Don’t think they wash them either. It only took just over half an hour as I waited outside to collect him which was a supprised as they had a lot of dogs in cages.Wish I had checked him over more at the time, but never had this before & didn’t realise fully till I got him home. Picture 1 was taken after going to another Groomers, then two are after going here. Seems to me they advertise same services others do at a cheaper rate to get more business, but don’t do what they say, at all, and are more bothered about getting dogs in & out, not how they look in our case, to make more money. Will deffo not return here again, & learnt it’s best to pay a bit more at another groomers where I know they will do what they say fur tye money and will listen to their customers:(

   I have been using mucky pups for over 15 years for my dogs and all I can say and do is praise them. They are the loveliest people you can meet and they love dogs, this shows in their faces when you take your dogs into them. They will get down on the floor and cuddle and love your dogs as though they are their own. I have never had any problems or issues with them at all. I wouldn’t take my dogs to anyone else. I truly trust them. Thank you mucky pups - keep up your wonderful work. We are so happy we have you for our little ladies Daisy and Poppy love you to bits ❤️❤️❤️❤️

   My dog Alfie has always gone to Mucky pups. This is the only place I’ll take him. He gets very nervous and anxious and that makes me feel anxious when I take him. I don’t know why I get anxious because i know that the staff have time and patients for him and he is in good hands. They always do a superb job and they are great. The prices are also great and worth every penny.

   First time pamper session for our 2 year old border collie Beau. Wanted to treat him to his own spa day ( or Spa Hour). We've just spent a fortune on a new bathroom and didn't fancy him scratching new patterns on the bath so decided to try Mucky Pups. They were friendly and courteous from start to finish, from booking on the phone to collecting our pooch. I was a bit anxious about leaving Beau but needn't have worried, when I went to collect him he was let out of his crate, tail wagging and greeting the other Spa guests. He looked and smelled lush....and his manicure was much better than I usually manage. Beau loved it so I was happy, and the price was quite reasonable too.
