The local firms didn’t seem to care about my business and did nothing to earn my repeat business once the first order was completed. I always wanted to treat family to personalised Bath Robes.. I was rushing for Christmas and got hold of Nath robes with about ten days to go.. I contacted them and was asked to drop them off.. They wrote down exactly what I wanted and made it happen.. such a small thing but myself and my family were made up! They embroidered our names on the robe and did an excellent job.. £6 per name I felt was very reasonable.. it's not going to come off.. Please try and support this lovely small business.. it does other things but I think personalising items makes for excellent gifts or possibly essential back to school items.. Thanks again Jess
Amazing service by the crafty thread. Multiple custom embroidered orders made to a high standard with a reasonable turnaround at a great price. Personalised & custom for everyone’s needs (hence a clean clothes bag our little boy with Sen needs can recognise at school to give some independance and familiarity). It’s more than just a bag and made to such high standards it’s withheld months of abuse by a 5 year old and still looks mint still. Special birthday pjs were so soft and the fit couldn’t have been anymore perfect. Overall my experience everytime has been phenomenal, highly reccomend 5*
