“I had 3 pairs of Mendl boots needing repair. Two pairs required complete resole and 1 lightweight pair required some serious patching to split uppers. I genuinely thought the lightweight boots were beyond repair and destined for the bin!. Andy was extremely helpful in advising me. All repairs were made to a high standard. I now have 3 pairs of repaired (as new) boots for the cost of one new pair of Mendl boots. I cannot praise the service and customer centricity enough. Thoroughly excellent and traditional company to deal with and can recommend them for any repairs.”

The staff were really friendly, and even though I'd actually turned up early to collect, they were still able to give me the hoodie! The hoodie itself is really nice quality as well :)”

“I have been a big fan of Glass Onion for a while now (half of my clothing is from there). Generally great vibes, love when companies push for more environmentally friendly ways of consumerism. But the reason I wanted to write this review is because of the excellent costumer service provided my Sam. I have been looking for a baggy leather jacket for ages and for about a year I did't find anything that fit me quite right. When Sam heard this he was helping me find one, and he went above and beyond and had a look at the back and picked out a couple out for me and found me the perfect one. Overall 10/10 shopping experience.”

He mentioned he had a skate board shop called Sluggers, I'm touching 80 years old, and wishing I was 20, and if I was I would be buying my skate boarding gear from that amazing young man x”

“5 Stars Customer Service from Bogdan at Decathlon Sheffield! Bogdan went Above & Beyond to help me. Incredible CX for me and such patience and kindness. If and when I pass by Sheffield which is 120 miles away from me. I will definitely come to say thank you again this time in person. I had been looking for these specific shorts in France, online and in the UK. They were very popular and running out of stock. In fact the last pair of my size was with Bogdan at the Sheffield store. I could not drive 120 miles and back to get them but Bogdan was able to get them transferred to a Decathlon near me and I was able to pick them up. I am truly delighted and very thankful for Bogdan’s kindness and help. By the way the shorts are a great fit and of strong quality. But beyond the product it really was Bogdan that made all the difference for me! Thank you again!”

“A place that many people drive by shown as a lawnmower shop but thanks just a fraction of what they do. From pet and horse feed country clothing and footwear wide range of cheap to branded high end. Shooting clothing workweek Inc high vis. Excellent range of tools fixtures and fittings. Want one washer can buy it here. Plumbing,paint, and farm hardware. There is also wood and garden fittings outside. Worth a stop when passing bye.”

“My daughter suffers from severe anxiety and a bra fitting would usually be very stressful. I can't recommend this place enough, they are kind and caring and very knowledgeable. We got a lot of advice when choosing items but they weren't pushy at all. They promote body positivity and the whole experience was just brilliant, my daughter felt very relaxed and is happy to go back anytime. Items are very reasonably priced and in line with many high street stores and brands. I can't recommend enough!!”

“I went to Sheffield for a competition. While there I had Lee at Ice Locker Sheffield look over my blade. I recently found out it was curved and making skating more difficult. Lee spotted the issue immediately and fixed it on the spot. He also sharpened my skates while there. The best sharpening and customer service I have ever experienced from a skate shop!”

Even amidst the covid restrictions they’re doing all they can to make sure nobody has to go without a Freshman’s fix.
