I was served by 'Nathanial' who was great; a real gentleman. He gave me good advice regarding fitting and was friendly and knowledgeable. I came away with my new boots feeling very happy.

Purchased some boots while out shopping, staff super happy to serve me and helped me with fitting, even gave my son a packet of seeds to plant when he got home. price was good and got a 10% discount for joining the club. they had some great looking shirts, which I plan to purchase the next time I'm there.
Staff were super helpful and patient with us when needed to change sizes to try on. Great selection of boots and fab service.

Grace you are awesome really helpful and patient when I came to buy my 9yo daughter some boots ended up getting a pair for her friend too who normally will only wear trainers. Quality of boots is excellent waterproof and sturdy I don't buy other brands now the only boots that last the rough and tumble of my outdoor loving girl
Staff were helpful without being pushy. Didn't have the right size on half price coat, so was offered a 10% discount and free delivery. Received 4 days later with a tracked delivery and notifications.
