   always love going into boux avenue meadowhall, however so disappointed after my trip on 4/12/25. i asked about the offers on the underwear to this blonde lady and she was so rude, she pointed to the sign which i can obviously see it saying 3 for £18 however online there’s different offers for different amount of underwear’s for example 7 for £30 so i was wondering if it applied in store as well. The lady gave me a dirty look and made me feel stupid after i asked if there was offers if i buy more than 3. Later i overheard her conversation with another colleague and they was new staff. There was also a chair in the way she saw i was struggling to constantly get by with my bags so i just left with nothing. They also had boxed on one end of the stand which made it more difficult to look at what underwear’s was on display, they knew i was looking as i was there for about 5min till i gave up and left.- i was prepared to spend as well online i go now

   Went into the store yesterday for a bra fitting and was told I should have made an appointment online as there were no spaces until after Christmas. I was rather surprised as the store had hardly any customers and plenty of staff! I went to Victoria's Secrets instead and had a fitting and bought a lovely bra within 45 minutes

   What an absolute credit Jane is to the Meadowhall store. She helped me with a bra fitting, after going in thinking I was a 36D/E after having my baby I left knowing I am a 34FF and how to properly put a bra on and how it should fit. Jane was kind, attentive, offered expert advice and a great fitting! Would 100% recommend Jane for a bra fitting :)

   Can't praise the staff highly enough at Boux Avenue Meadowhall Sheffield. On a busy Saturday they fitted me in and helped with sizing which was very different from what i had been wearing for years! Great customer service from caitlin and Amber who were super helpful in finding me a bra for a wedding outfit. I ended up buying 4. will definitely be back due to the excellent and friendly staff.

   I went today to finally get measured properly, and after having a baby I definitely needed new measurements! Julie was amazing, such a kind person, and so very helpful, makes you feel at ease. Love the choice of bras too, and get value for the quality. Thank you so much Julie.

   I want to like this place, especially since La Senza has gone. But I get fed up with them not doing bigger sizes (big lady rather than big cups) and not having stock in of all the sizes, so even if you wait until you see something in the right size that you like online to visit you might still not be able to get it in store. The shop is small too, it can be quite busy so it can feel a bit hectic.

   Recently had a bra fitting with Julie J, I was made to feel comfortable and relaxed the whole time. Julie was very friendly and made sure I was happy at all times with the bra choices. I had a variety to chose from and nothing was too much trouble. Amazing service!

   Had a surprisingly lovely experience yesterday, I’m not a lover of bra shopping but the ladies working there (Julie and Gina were 2 of them who’s names I caught) really made the experience very pleasant and far less daunting than I had anticipated. Extremely helpful and genuine and nothing was too much trouble! All staff were lovely and a credit to the company, thanks ladies x
