After having bought a pair of shoes from here on trying to return the item vary rude customer service told the fault was mine contacted head office to be fobed off even though they come with a 2 year warranty mine are 10 months old avoid this shop & brand
Don't expect any help if your shoes start to fall apart. I have brought vans for years and not had any quality issues until recently, I can only assume their manufacturing processes have seriously gone down hill. £100 spent on shoes, 5 months old and no refund or replacement offered because of the 'wear and tear' I have put them under by walking around.
A great range of clothes even for a small store. Very helpful staff and great service. My kids love Vans and they have a great range of kids choices from season to season.
Nicely kitted out store. Helpful staff and enough of them too. Tried on some Sk8 Hi’s & MTE’s and my son tried in some Old Skool’s and they had them all in stock. Would love to see them move to a bigger unit to fit more in!
Excellent selection of shoes and other vans merchandise. It's hard to end the shop and not leave with a new pair.

Great to sk8 in Vans for over 30yrs ...but can I please browse and shop without a sales person lingering behind me making comments on the shoes I'm looking at ..that will not influence me to buy them in fact it will make me not want them ....I'm grown and fully capable of picking out my shoes without someone else's opinion and advice..thanks !!!
Plenty of staff around but they were just chatting to each other and didn't even acknowledge us. Stood about 5 minutes waiting to pay until one actually noticed us and asked if we wanted to pay, and that took about 2 minutes even with just a card. Shocking service, they're all too busy talking and can't be bothered to do anything.
I went in on a spare of the moment and was greeted by very welcoming and friendly team members (Especially Ben). They were willing to help me get the right fit for trainers, I wasn't rushed or made to feel like a nuisance. The store is very well stocked, nice clean layout and good prices. Highly recommend.
