   We purchased our silver cross travel system from this shop and were thoroughly impressed by the exceptional service and knowledge of the staff. However, we soon discovered a product defect with our carrycot. The store promptly provided a temporary replacement, ensuring our six-day-old baby wasn’t left without one. They even contacted the manufacturers on our behalf to order the actual replacement. We’re incredibly grateful for their prompt action, understanding and friendly demeanour. This shop is highly recommended!
