   First and the last time in this boss store.. me and my partner went to this store for Christmas shopping on 17/12/25 around 7 o’clock.. the service I received was very unprofessional I am a middle aged gentleman often buys designer clothes from “high” end designer stores.. wanted to buy quarter zip jumper so I asked the staff member if he had any in store that I could have a look he replied back to me saying see that table there MATE some might be there pointing his finger in the direction of a table!!? dismissively.. I thought that this is not the way to treat customers. I asked my partner to leave and go elsewhere.. before leaving I asked him is that how you address your customers? and told him not to call me mate since I wasn’t his mate.. maybe this is how you address your customers in this particular store?

   Great service from Barrett & the rest of the team. Alterations made neatly and promptly (and to a tight schedule) for a fantastically sharp looking suit. Everyone instore was helpful & professional to the highest degree. Not the cheapest, but the service & experience are worth it vs. other stores.
