Ordered multiple items. Seller sent incorrect item and did not dispatch the other item.
They have been an absolute nightmare to deal with, firstly refusing to accept the return and then threatening legal action and using intimating communication. I have never had such a poor customer service experience.
Do not buy from this retailer. Suspected scam company. Beware.

Oxygen stock a great varied selection of designer brands all under one roof,well two actually as the stairs at the back inside the store takes you up to the ladies section & formal clothing areas over in the Masdings Store next door,with another separate staircase taking you back down to the shop floor on that side .I've always found the staff in Oxygen to be very Welcoming,pleasant & helpful on every occasion I've visited the store.It doesn't matter if I've just been browsing or made a purchase,their non intrusive approach to sales is just how I like to be treated.The whole inside shopping experience is very comfortable indeed.Payment can be made by cash or card at the till & they really do give great discounts which are very much appreciated which you won't find anywhere else.In my eyes its an excellent customer sales ploy & honestly they have retained my custom over quite a number of years now.They also do have the online ordering system for delivery or pick up in store option,my personal choice will always be the instore experience where I can take a look around & ask the shop staff on duty for size advice etc then try the items on for fit in the numerous available changing rooms .
