I hope my memory isn't playing tricks, but I believe I bought my favourite leather jacket from Masdings 50 years ago. I've just taken it from my wardrobe to clean and condition it for another year's cold weather service.
Ordered a pair of shoes online on a Sunday, received them on the Monday just after midday. Great service

Purchased two suits for a wedding and Dom's customer service was excellent from start to finish. Nothing was too much trouble and the suits were tailored within the hour. Would highly recommend Masdings to anybody in the Nottinghamshire area looking for quality clothing both smart and casual.
I placed an order with them on 20 Jan 2024 with express delivery via DPD. It has been 5 working days and DPD has still not received the parcel from them. Awful experience shopping with Oxygen clothing (aka Masdings). They have not bothered to provide any status updates or reasons for delay. No option on their website to even cancel the order. Will cancel the order on Monday now via their customer service. Will not shop with them again.
Ordered 5 items of clothes and one was not included in the box. Box was not sealed properly and was accessible in the corners. I'm now sending all items I received back and hopefully will get a refund. Never received no invoice either. Why would you use a box for clothing? Surely a sealed bag is more appropriate?. Will never use the company again. Be careful using this shop!
Went in oxygen and bought some nice things staff superb and as usual gave a bit of discount
