“My daughter suffers from severe anxiety and a bra fitting would usually be very stressful. I can't recommend this place enough, they are kind and caring and very knowledgeable. We got a lot of advice when choosing items but they weren't pushy at all. They promote body positivity and the whole experience was just brilliant, my daughter felt very relaxed and is happy to go back anytime. Items are very reasonably priced and in line with many high street stores and brands. I can't recommend enough!!”

“I have been a big fan of Glass Onion for a while now (half of my clothing is from there). Generally great vibes, love when companies push for more environmentally friendly ways of consumerism. But the reason I wanted to write this review is because of the excellent costumer service provided my Sam. I have been looking for a baggy leather jacket for ages and for about a year I did't find anything that fit me quite right. When Sam heard this he was helping me find one, and he went above and beyond and had a look at the back and picked out a couple out for me and found me the perfect one. Overall 10/10 shopping experience.”

Even the packaging is so nice although, I expected much less since my rings were bought during their sales. It was refreshing to learn this did not affect their level of customer service and care. “My wife & I had both managed to damage our wedding rings, and wanted to get them repaired for our anniversary. The repair on my own ring was fast, very reasonably priced, and seamless, especially considering it was an openwork band of Celtic knots. My wife's ring though, being a thinner fretwork, was very fragile. The lovely lady who dealt with us advised that although they could mend it, it would quickly break again in another place. A new ring was needed, but she was really sad at not having her original wedding ring. They ultimately worked on her own idea, and fixed her original ring permanently over the top of a flat wedding band. It looked fantastic, and keeps her fragile original solid and safe. Absolutely delighted with the service and workmanship. Will definitely come here for future repairs and purchases. Very highly recommended.”
