   Initially, finding the perfect ring seemed like a long shot, after looking online we decided to go into store to discuss options with a specialist. To our luck we were met with Jeanette. Who immediately welcomed us and asked what preferences we had, gave advice and talked us through the options. With the information we gave - she showed us a few options, including the ideal ring idea I had in my head. There was no pressure to make a purchase but her genuine interest in us as a couple and our preferences, along with the stunning ring made it easy for us to put down the deposit there and then. I can’t thank Jeanette enough for being so lovely. After hardly any time at all, we received an email to say our ring was ready for collection - Alyssa had everything ready for us, including all the information we could need. She reiterated what Jeanette had explained and left no detail spare, this gave me great peace of mind knowing everything. The whole experience has been amazing, both Jeanette and Alyssa are an asset to the company. Thank you so much!
