   Attended Swarovski on Tuesday 16 December at approximately 11am to purchase some earrings. The staff showed no interest in helping me and preferred to talk amongst themselves. I was made to feel uncomfortable so I left. Very disappointed as I wanted to buy something for a present but decided to leave due to the poor customer service. Won’t be returning unless there is an improvement with staff customer service.

   Brilliant experience I returned a necklace I bought online as not suitable Staff couldn't have been more helpful let me return it via storr and purchased s replacement that I like much more and because I got a 10% discount for ordering online and they weren't able to offer that in store they gave me a gorgeous pair of matching earrings for free Amazing customer services wish all stores were as good as theirs Top marks and thanks so much

   Very helpful staff. Last Saturday, one of them (sorry did not get your name) very helpfully unravelled a double chained pendant I had purchased. It was in a real mess and I had tried in vain to do it myself. It’s not really a service they offer but I am extremely grateful. This sort of goodwill is immensely valuable to a business and certainly would encourage me to revisit and make further purchases. Thank you very much indeed.
