   Cannot thank Ryan and the team enough for helping me with my engagement. I had the ring picked out already spoke with the other gentleman who sorted it all out for me and made the whole process so easy and stress free. Sadly I chose one ring size too big. We popped back all the staff made such a fuss of me and my partner taking the time to congratulate us, listen to our story even little things like remembering our dogs name and my partners name. Cannot thank you all enough. Reece and Steph.

   It's probably the best customer experience I've ever had in the UK in over 3 years. It's a rare case when a large company has a human face — you speak in support chat with the same specific person from the first message, they dive into a problem, and they solve it. I would recommend them to anybody and will definitely stick with them for years.

   I went to look at options for my first tudor watch from the boutique to add to my collection and was served by katie. The whole experience was a delight i have purchased several Swiss watches but this is the first time where the sales person has actually spoke about the watch and it's design etc. Not just here's the watch try it on do you want to buy it. Having these details explained to both myself and my wife showed she had a real passion for what she does and made the experince much more enjpyable.. As such when I was in the position to make the purchase we travelled back up to the boutique instead of ordering online or collecting locally. Would highly recommend this boutique and I would certainly return to add another to the collection.

   We visited the Meadowhall store to buy a watch for my daughter’s birthday, using some of her savings along with birthday money. From the moment we walked in, we felt warmly welcomed. Adam looked after us throughout, and he was so friendly and approachable. He spoke directly to my daughter, really taking the time to understand what she wanted, which made her feel grown up and valued. He even brought us drinks, which added a lovely touch and made the whole experience feel extra special. My daughter had her heart set on a Vivienne Westwood watch. Although she had spotted it cheaper elsewhere, I wanted her to buy from a trusted jeweller. The team happily price matched, and the service we received was excellent. Adam adjusted the links while we finished our drinks so she could wear her new watch immediately, something that made her birthday feel even more exciting. A huge thank you to Adam for his kindness and care. My daughter walked away not only with her dream watch but also with a really special birthday memory.

Offered drinks. Pleasant conversation. Knowledgeable about Tudor and watches in general. 100% recommended.

   Tonight we had the pleasure of being served by James at Meadowhall branch whilst picking up a wedding ring for my wife to be. What an absolute star he was, professional, pleasant, funny and an all round good guy. As we decided to shop for a ring for myself, we were then passed over to Vicky, who was a breath of fresh air and made us feel totally at home. She had the patience of a saint as she showed us the selections. We had such a fun evening, chatting, browsing and storytelling, which added to our experience and ensured our repeat custom. Shout out to Stevie who was running an amazing team who are a credit to Beaverbrooks. Oh, and the rings are perfect for us and we are both extremely happy. Thank you, Richard and Jeanette.
