I recently purchased a Tissot watch from Ernest Jones Meadowhall. Jennie was absolutely wonderful and made my experience extremely easy. Having little knowledge or understanding of watches or what I desire in a watch, Jennie held my hand through the process and was lovely to deal with. 10/10 help, thank you Jennie.
Tunisia was very very helpful, knowledgeable, polite & pleasant to interact with. Her explanations were clear and eminently understood her advice regarding delivery was the best. She was all that's good in retail waiting to be asked for help then giving top notch information.
We went in last week to have a look at some wedding rings ready for our ceremony. Julia was really helpful letting us try on whatever we wanted and guiding us to suitable options. There was no pressure for us to buy anything and gave us the space to think about it. Really great experience.
Been in store today as had a problem with my engagement ring was dealt with straight away by a lovely women called Jenny who did an amazing job with her customer service, she spoke to me through the procedure of what was to happen and couldn’t apologise enough and reassured me that it would get sorted. I also came with my mum who can come across abrupt at times and Jenny was always calm. The manager today was also amazing and couldn’t help us enough and made sure I had an answer. I was really upset about Ernest Jones, their product and recent customer service I’d experienced but these two definitely changed that. Thank you for your help and look forward to sorting my ring!
Wonderful customer service from Jennie, she gave me a good explanation of the care my ring might need and what care is available for my ring in the future. No sales pressure, I was given the time I needed to make a decision. Thank you Jennie for the time you took to discuss the difference in the rings with me that I was looking at. I hope to return to the store in the future.

I brought an engagement ring from here two months ago I rung up today to insure the ring since I’ve been away due to work only to be told that I can’t insure a ring after 30 days. After having a conversation with one of the workers from the Meadowhall store over the phone and informing her that I asked whoever helped me with the purchase ‘ could I insure this ring at any time as long as it’s in good condition’ they happily replied ‘yes’. But now I can’t because it went past 30 days. How can they only be a 30 day window to insure something so valuable and precious? How can you not inform someone before hand when purchasing such an expensive gift? I will happily inform individuals to avoid this shop when purchasing a ring or anything similar as they only care about profits and will use a special moment of your life such as an engagement to scam you and make profits. Clearly if it was a shop that worked on good ethics they wouldn’t be a 30 day window to insure such an expensive item and especially not inform the customer regarding this important piece of information.
Excellent service and super friendly and helpful staff. After my engagement ring got a bit loose I went into this store to get it resized. Millie was extremely helpful in explaining the process and letting us know how long it would take. I received it back in less than 2 weeks and it came back gleaming! My wedding band was also too big but luckily I was able to exchange. There was a slight problem with the setting of a stone so I went back. Millie was again extremely helpful and spoke to the manager who would then speak to the repair centre the next working day. True to their word the Manager, Kelly, rang the next working day and was able to offer me a few options were extremely helpful. I was inundated with options, after deciding I spoke to Debbie who helped put everything in motion. I did double check this morning to see if everything was progressing and I spoke to Jenny who made sure everything was in place. She rang soon after and wedding band was available to collect. We leave for our wedding in just a few days and they have been so accommodating and helpful. It felt like nothing was too much for any of those who we dealt with. Thank you so much, you’ve all really made such a difference to our big day. :)
Staff are more than helpful we bought our wedding rings from here and now my wife bought me a rose gold ceramic rado watch for our first Xmas together. They are really helpful would highly recommend.
