   I was truly disappointed with the service. We were looking around for engagement rings and needed help and no member of staff approached only after we called them after looking around for a good amount of time. She didn’t even offer us to sit down and discuss options. We were standing and trying the rings. No enthusiasm when serving. For what I was looking for and the price I would have expected a higher level of service and care. We went to a few shops for options the service in other stores was completely different to goldsmiths. Unfortunately u have lost a customer I don’t think I’ll come back again.

   Bought a watch from Goldsmiths and I love it. The watch itself is is exactly what I wanted. Now Goldsmiths, when I was looking for the watch it was on offer cheaper than usual but still well over £2000. On the page when I purchased the watch there was a clear offer that stated 'receive a £250.00 e-gift card with this watch', there was also a statement on the image on the summary page stating 'free gift card' above the image. I bought the watch thinking that I would also get a free voucher for £250.00. when looking at the terms it stated it could take 28 days to arrive. I waited 28 days and no gift card arrived. Contacted customer services and was told because the watch was on offer it was excluded from the offer. I had a closer look at the link on the site and found that if you go into the offer and then go through two further pages there is a small print stating offer watches are excluded. I contacted Goldsmith again to say that I considered this misleading and that if the watch wasn't included in the offer it shouldn't have a banner stating that it did despite small print saying it wasn't. Feel strongly that I have been mislead and wouldn't buy for them again

   Fantastic spacious showroom with a vast array of watches on exhibition. Patience is key, but managed to purchase 2 dream watches so far and hopefully many more to come. Customer service is always welcoming and friendly, particularly Paige who has been a pleasure to deal with.

   Very disappointing service went to this store to have a link taken out of my watch which was done in a few minutes. At first I was impressed with how fast I was dealt with until a week later when i wore the watch and the bracelet broke in my hands before even putting the watch on, luckily the watch fell on carpet or else my £2000+ watch would have been badly damaged. I later took the watch to goldsmiths in Leeds who rectified the issue and explained the wrong pin was used when reassembling the watch as it literally didn’t even match my watch. I would give this store 0* if I could as my brand new £2000+ rado watch almost got damaged due to negligence from goldsmiths store downstairs in Meadowhall.

   My partner has just bought a TagHeur watch from Goldsmiths Meadowhall. Ethan the sales assistant couldn’t have been more pleasant and helpful. His knowledge of the watches was incredible and his “no pressure” approach to the sale made the experience all the more enjoyable. The lady (who I assume was the manager) seemed disapproving and short towards the other staff however this did not affect our experience with Ethan.

   I had a fantastic experience here today as one should when choosing a watch. The sales person, Adam, came out when I was browsing a specific Tag Heuer in the window. He said he could tell I wasn’t just looking around and had my eye on specifics and he was correct. We then sat and were offered a menu with a choice of drinks. I then had an enjoyable conversation around the watch and found Adam knowledgable, friendly and helpful. His colleagues were also friendly and helpful and adjusted the watch bracket by removing links to fit me perfectly. As a Sales Manager myself of 10 years I was really impressed with this interaction. I came away happy with the right watch for me and a complimentary Mont Blanc pen to top it off. Overall it was a really great experience and I’d recommend it highly
