“Amazing customer service, Very helpful and friendly. I was shopping around Liverpool for an engagement ring for quite some time, this was one of the last stores I got to visit, I spoke with Aimee and immediately felt at ease with her helping me choose the right ring. I made an appointment to come back the following day with Thomas as it was Aimee's day off. I was struggling where to start as I have never done this before so I needed as much help as possible. The staff at Austen & Blake were not pushy like other stores I visited, they just wanted to help me pick something that was perfect for me and my partner. I couldn't be more grateful to Aimee and Tom as they were friendly, kind and very professional. Even down to telling them all about the engagement, they were excited and very happy for us both which was so lovely. We will definitely be returning here to purchase our wedding rings and recommended to every friend and family member who needs their friendly and professional expertise advice. “Went into the store the other day, and I got served by a young girl called Ellie, I didn’t end up purchasing anything during my visit as I was buying it as a joint gift, so was just browsing for the purpose of the visit. But Ellie was exceptional, her customer service was amazing - she was knowledgeable and knew all about the different available products. She was attentive and nothing was an issue for her. “Been several times, during a period of a year or so, just to pick up my online orders and my experience has been great and straight forward. I've never had more than 3 people infront of me in the queue. The staff are always trying to speed as much as possible the deliveries and if a client takes a bit longer buying extras, like myself, such as insurances and it's payments (didn't do online), they start asking the other clients queuing to pass to the other online counter. My orders are always in store tops next day. Long pick up hours 7 days a week. The whole process takes max 4 mins, 6 mins if you buy extras. No problem yet with my brought articles.”

“Prom dress shopping…The ladies were genuinely friendly with no pressure to buy. There was such an amazing choice of prom dresses and my daughter tried on so many because they were so gorgeous. We were allowed to take photos as well, which I know some places don’t allow. The whole experience from being greeted on arrival to leaving with the dress of our choice was fantastic, which even included a complimentary dress bag. Thank you again. 100 percent recommend!”
