The sales people here are extremely rude and condescending. I was hoping it was going to be a special day for me as I was looking at rings, however that quickly turned sour when the judgemental staff made it their mission to make me feel less of a person, as if I wouldn’t afford anything in store. I was also made to feel stupid for enquiring about a diamond cut the sales assistant had never heard of before. As a business owner myself, I would never allow my staff members to treat people in that manner. It is just poor service. The only useful person in the whole store was the kind gentleman opening the door.

I went in Boodles just over a year ago looking for an engagement ring, I wasn’t made to feel like ‘royalty’ like other reviews, I felt judged as soon as I walked in as if I couldn’t afford anything in there until I told them what my budget was and all of a sudden I was treated completely different but at this point I wanted to leave. My cousin went in today looking for an engagement ring with a high budget whilst on the phone to me, she got the EXACT same treatment as me where I wasn’t taken seriously as if we couldn’t afford their jewellery and wasn’t worthy of their services. 100% WOULDN’T recommend

Excellent service and a very warm welcome from all the staff. Decided to take a look inside after seeing the beautiful Patek Philippe watches in the display windows. Thank you to Phil for allowing me to get hands-on for the first time with a Patek watch and even educating me about both Patek Philippe and Boodles itself. Was even provided a Patek brochure to take home. Definitely recommend.

My boyfriend purchased a necklace for me from boodles a few years ago. After taking it off a few times I had managed to get a few knots in the chain and I was worried about taking it somewhere else. I went into Boodles and they got the knots out and gave it a good clean free of charge and my necklace is like brand new! Nothing was too much trouble for the lovely staff and they even said I can pop in whenever I want and have it re cleaned free of charge. Customer service is second to none and I would happily recommend to everyone.

Not all it’s made out to be. All smiles and coffee when selling, but have a problem and they look down nose at you. Swapped ring for us but made to feel like they were doing us a favour. What happened to customer service and understanding. Jennifer flouncing about and appeared quite hostile towards us
