Charged for home delivery but received item to pick up point. Upon collection, item had not been engraved. Have emailed & had no response. Queue at shop 21st December was 2hour wait. Item was gift for a special birthday. Poor customer service.
Ordered the advent calendar and matching gift bag. Ordering process was extremely simple and it was securely delivered within 2 days with regular updates. Not had a look at the contents because the box was all nicely tied up with a bow but I'm sure it will impress on Christmas day!
This is how my order of over £100 arrived. Customer service refuses to take any responsibility for this even after pointing out that there was no packaging inside to stop these 6 items moving around in transit and only sealed on one side so not that secure. Thankfully all intact but still want to charge me a return fee even though one item is too large with no sizes in website and under these circumstances, just a standard verbated response. If I still didn’t have £55 in vouchers left I wouldn’t shop here again.
Absolutely beautiful piece of jewellery, just a shame it is £10 delivery or i would have been ordering many more pieces of the collection. Seems abit steep! Hense the 4 stars. Was not given the option to have it delivered into a store to collect as it stated that service was unavailable. (We live in Liverpool so puzzled to why)

Visited the store to exchange at 17.05 after rushing from work as the website states open till 6pm on a Saturday to find the store closed and the security man informed me it closed at 4.30pm for a Christmas night out! My husband had to go back to the shop on Monday before his surgery and asked over why the store was closed at 5pm when it states on the shop door and website open till 6pm to be informed the store now shuts at 4pm and the times haven’t been updated????? I’ve looked today and the times still haven’t been changed, from last Saturday !!!! not sure who’s telling the truth???? It wasn’t just me there were other customers trying to shop also, leading up to Christmas you would think that a business would need customers obviously not this store !!!!
