   I had the most beautiful engagement ring designed bespoke by the lovely Carmen at Mann Island in Liverpool, and I honestly couldn’t fault the experience from start to finish. The service was absolutely brilliant, fully transparent with no hidden costs, and Carmen gave honest, expert advice about shapes and cuts (which was a lifesaver because I really didn’t have a clue what I was doing!). I felt completely safe in her hands throughout the process. The ring was made really quickly, and the communication was fast and clear every step of the way. The whole experience was stress free and enjoyable, and the final result is stunning. Thank you so much, Carmen, for making this such a special and memorable experience. I’ll definitely be coming back for our wedding rings!

   After plodding around many many jewelers and not seeing the ring I wanted I decided to make an appointment at the DF. We were delighted to meet Carmen and she took us through many options until we got to exactly what I had in mind. We collected the finished product yesterday and its stunning.    Couldn’t of asked for a better service. As 2 people who had no idea what we wanted for our wedding rings we was advised what would fit best with my engagement ring and the style she advised and any experience she knew for what I was unsure on. I could try as many as I wanted and found the perfect one! My partner also had never owned a ring so had no idea of what he wanted and got to try many different widths and styles to find the perfect one. We both felt so welcomed and being able to have many options and questions everything was perfect. Being able to get the rings delivered home was amazing aswell.

   Can't speak highly enough of the whole experience. I was a little sceptical with them not having a highstreet shop i could go into. However when I visited the premises in Liverpool and was met by Carmen the sales consultant. I was showed samples and talked through the process. The end product is perfect and priced very competitive. I would definitely buy from here again. The quality and service is unmatched. A+

   I could not recommend DF Liverpool enough! Special mention to Thomas and Rachael who helped me pick out the most perfect ring for my now fiancée Anna. The ring is absolutely perfect and we could not be happier with the outcome. The entire process from start to finish was superb, I didn't know anything about diamonds when I started this journey and found it quite overwhelming, but Thomas guided me through from start to finish!
