   We popped into store in Liverpool and the staff could not of been more helpful. They helped us pick out our perfect wedding bands, let us go away and think about them and then booked us in the next morning for another appointment to choose the final rings. Aimee was lovely and so helpful. Really recommend xx

   We visited Austen and blake last Sunday to look at wedding rings. Our appointment was with Sam and she made the experience so lovely! She was so patient showing us all of the rings (we even popped back later that day to try on a ring again) and she was so kind to us showing us the ring again just before they closed. We couldn't recommend this shop enough, Sam is an absolute credit to the store. All staff there were so helpful and gave amazing advice. It's obvious they are really experienced in what they do, and they weren't trying to push us to spend more either. Thankyou to all the staff there, and especially Sam!!

   Amazing customer service, Very helpful and friendly. I was shopping around Liverpool for an engagement ring for quite some time, this was one of the last stores I got to visit, I spoke with Aimee and immediately felt at ease with her helping me choose the right ring. I made an appointment to come back the following day with Thomas as it was Aimee's day off. I was struggling where to start as I have never done this before so I needed as much help as possible. The staff at Austen & Blake were not pushy like other stores I visited, they just wanted to help me pick something that was perfect for me and my partner. I couldn't be more grateful to Aimee and Tom as they were friendly, kind and very professional. Even down to telling them all about the engagement, they were excited and very happy for us both which was so lovely. We will definitely be returning here to purchase our wedding rings and recommended to every friend and family member who needs their friendly and professional expertise advice. Such a stressful experience made so enjoyable with the help of Aimee and Tom. Thankyou both so very much. Joe

   If you are looking for an engagement ring then I couldn't recommend Aimee highly enough. I am not a big jewellery wearer so my partner and I were always excited that when the time came, we would choose the ring together. As well as being incredibly professional, Aimee was lovely, attentive and so friendly and seemed to genuinely care about finding the ring that was perfect for us. We were shown so many different designs and I honestly couldn't be happier with our choice. My ring is beautiful and better than I ever could have imagined. The craftsmanship is excellent and the aftercare was also superb. I have no hesitation in highly recommending.

   Excellent service from Thomas in guiding me through one of the most nerve racking experiences in my life! I was given a very professional and personable service at all times from selecting the band, sourcing the diamond and to seeing how popping the question went. Even facilitated me changing my mind about which diamond with no trouble whatsoever. Being able to choose your own diamond and having the ring built to order made the experience that little bit more special, and my partner appreciated that it was perfectly symmetrical and flawless. All in all, a perfect customer experience and one very happy fiancé.
