My Wife bought a wedding set here service is outstanding they didn't have her size in stock and said they would call if her size came into store they searched all of their stores and had a ring set sent to original store and called her to view a possible purchase. They also offered a free alteration service and are having the rings altered to fit her tiny fingers. Staff are professional and helpful throughout the whole experience
Our wedding ring shopping had been a horrible experience with unhelpful store assistants in other shops and we were ready to go home empty handed when we were lucky enough to meet Lauren in this store. She was wonderful ! She was knowledgeable and super helpful and on seeing how upset I was,went out of her way to make, what after all should be a memorable and happy experience, positive and pleasurable. 2020 brides are not having it easy but this lady used her exceptional customer service skills and her warm personality to change our day. I can’t recommend Lauren highly enough. She is a diamond.
