   I had a great experience at Medusa. I got 2 piercings and they both healed really quickly. The staff were so professional, friendly and helpful. They gave me honest opinions and made me feel really comfortable. The studio was also really clean. I am so happy with the experience and would highly recommend.

   Wow! Clearly a very experienced piercer. I had two helix piercings and a vertical labret done, and I've had no problems with healing (apart from the expected temporary soreness)! Highly recommend, I will definitely be coming back. Beinta is lovely and super friendly, and as someone with horrendous social anxiety, I felt immediately comfortable. If you're not sure which piercing shop to go to, go here for sure.

   I’m new to piercing and was very nervous but felt really confident in my piercers. They made me feel instantly at ease and I was confident I was in good hands. I would recommend beinta and Megan to everyone. I love going the studio it’s such a vibe. Wish I could give more stars but only allowed 5.

   Really amazing lady who runs this place, very welcoming and makes you feel at ease. My only reasoning for a lower rating is that both times I have come to this piercing shop, I’ve had to wait an incredible long time to be seen, even with an appointment time. But apart from the time management, they have a great selection of earrings to choose from and mine have healed well

   The best piercing experience I’ve ever had!! Benita was so kind and made me feel at ease! Changed my piercings and had my second lobes done all under 10mins!! She made me feel so comfortable and I left wanting more! I would definitely recommend her to everyone!!!!

   The best piercing studio in Liverpool! I got a flat and helix piercing done at the same time and was given plenty of time beforehand to pick out the jewellery I wanted. The piercings have healed well with titanium labrets and solid gold fronts. I'm a goldsmith so jewellery is important to me. Unlike lots of other local studios, there's a really good variety of jewellery to choose from, particularly 14ct solid gold pieces (which are beautiful quality). The studio was super clean and welcoming with friendly, knowledgeable staff (Beinta is just so lovely) and excellent aftercare. I can't wait to visit again!

   Loved it! I was super nervous when I first stepped in but the lady (I think Benita’s trainee) sat me down and while I was filling up the form I told her I am extremely scared and she assured me it is not as painful as I think it is. While she was setting me up she made sure I was 100% comfortable as she knew I’m nervous and closed the door to make me feel at ease. Benita came and did my piercing and was chatting to me through the entire process of anything and she did an extremely good job of calming my nerves too…. Apparently it really doesn’t hurt that much! I even told them I wanna run out right now….

   Incredible experience. I went in recently to get my lobes redone. I was offered two types of jewellery and was given in depth explanations on the difference between them for healing processes etc. Real care was taken in ensuring the piercing was placed in a good place for me and in consideration to my healed scars. Was so engrossed in conversation didn’t notice the first piercing. Very diligent team who ensured you are ok and give you the time you need. Lovely goodie bag with instructions on after care. Really thrilled with this experience and recommending to others.
