   Used the click and collect service at church st. The system in place on where to stand for click and collect wasn’t so clear especially if new to the Church st store and usually use the L1 store. After standing near tills as the store had no one in either queues no one was waiting I was unsure of where to stand. I waited patiently only to be told by someone quite rude that they have a queue and pointed she looked quite fed up quite snappy no welcome a very unwelcoming attitude. I walked over to the queue that had just me in it and was served by someone who actually gave me time of day and had good customer service skills. I think the store need to be aware you can’t see a queue system if no one’s standing in a queue and and maybe instead of a red rope get a click and collect desk with better signage or a click and collect self service pin pad.

She was incredibly polite, comforting, and genuinely joyful to be around. She made me feel confident in my choices without ever being pushy, and that made all the difference.    Well fellow shoppers,it's that time of the year again,my annual xmas shopping trip with her in doors,once again my retail spending prowess is a thing of beauty,Liverpool one and surrounding area,amazing and of course no Xmas trip is complete without a little treat for my girl from pandora around church street area I think,.Served by Anna a lovely young lady as always bright, friendly, efficient bought a ring of my lady's choice,she were fair busting bless her,well done again Happy Xmas to all.P.S.answered last years question?? Pandora's don't do Xmas decorations.

   Extremely disappointing experience with Mischa I had a really uncomfortable experience in this Pandora store today. I selected a bracelet and two charms and went to the till, where Lexie served me. The transaction was completed and I paid the full amount I was told at the time. Only after taking payment did she realise she had undercharged me, and Mischa the manager refused to let me walk out with goods I’d legally paid for. Instead of acknowledging this as the store’s mistake, she refused to let me have the items I had already legally paid for unless I paid the extra amount, or accepted a refund. I was effectively prevented from leaving with the items despite having completed the purchase properly. This is absolutely not how customers should be treated, and it left me feeling embarrassed and uncomfortable. A pricing error is not the customer’s fault, and refusing to release paid-for items is unacceptable (or legal!).

   Went into the store the other day, and I got served by a young girl called Ellie, I didn’t end up purchasing anything during my visit as I was buying it as a joint gift, so was just browsing for the purpose of the visit. But Ellie was exceptional, her customer service was amazing - she was knowledgeable and knew all about the different available products. She was attentive and nothing was an issue for her. I would undoubtedly go back to be served by her again as she was honestly one of the most helpful customer advisers I have spoken to in a while.
