“After being left hanging at Longton Argos who clearly just didn't want to help, we drove to Stoke Sainsburys Argos. A man named Chris spoke to us, gave us advice on how to get an online purchase, then attempted to order our item for us in store. He arranged for the item to be delivered to my house saving me the hassle of trying to do online stuff. Very grateful to him, I believe he went above and beyond! “Went to the store yesterday with an issue and lady at the till was very polite and helpful she was breath of fresh air. The lady at the till had to go speak to the manager (Anna) with my case and the pair went extra mile and was very pleased with the service I received. Keep up the good work ladies and you are true asset to Argos. Its a shame I can not remember the ladies name at payment counter. Visited the store about 5pm if it helps.”

“We go in from time to time and everyone there is always so friendly, and there is so much cool stuff there. Got my Helix pierced a few days ago, Jenna was really nice and did a fantastic job, it was all done so quickly and I was surprised by how little it hurt. Got plenty of advice about cleaning and looking after it while it heals. Already know I am going back for my next piercing.”

“Jemma did some work for me a few years back on my Grandmother’s ring, which had lost its central pearl. Jemma completely redesigned the central setting to fit a gorgeous oval opal, using the gold from the original setting. She included me every step of the way in the design process; I was able to hand pick the opal for the central stone, resulting in exactly what I’d envisioned. Throughout the process she was so friendly and professional. The finished result is absolutely stunning and gets so many compliments whenever I wear it. I love how she brought my late Grandmother’s ring back to life and it’s such a lovely memento to have of her. I can’t thank Jemma enough for bringing my vision to life so perfectly!!”

“Over the last few years I have bought many pieces of jewellery from this shop and always found them pleasant and helpful but they were exceptional this week when I had lost a chain on a Linda Macdonald necklace that I had received as a gift just two days previous, I returned to the shop with the pendant explaining that the catch must have been faulty but had not got the chain to prove it they replaced the chain immediately and apologised for my inconvenience.
