The lady at the till had to go speak to the manager (Anna) with my case and the pair went extra mile and was very pleased with the service I received. “Jemma did some work for me a few years back on my Grandmother’s ring, which had lost its central pearl. Jemma completely redesigned the central setting to fit a gorgeous oval opal, using the gold from the original setting. She included me every step of the way in the design process; I was able to hand pick the opal for the central stone, resulting in exactly what I’d envisioned. Throughout the process she was so friendly and professional. The finished result is absolutely stunning and gets so many compliments whenever I wear it. I love how she brought my late Grandmother’s ring back to life and it’s such a lovely memento to have of her. I can’t thank Jemma enough for bringing my vision to life so perfectly!!”

“Over the last few years I have bought many pieces of jewellery from this shop and always found them pleasant and helpful but they were exceptional this week when I had lost a chain on a Linda Macdonald necklace that I had received as a gift just two days previous, I returned to the shop with the pendant explaining that the catch must have been faulty but had not got the chain to prove it they replaced the chain immediately and apologised for my inconvenience. The shop is in a lovely setting of the old baths - which I remember from being a child. Staff are friendly, helpful and not pushy.”
