   I went here without a plan to buy anything, but I left with perfectly fitting shoes thanks to the helpful team. They offered me a gait analysis, explaining the process and how my current shoes were performing. Based on the analysis, he accurately identified my issues and listened to my needs and preferences before suggesting solutions. I tried on several pairs, and he didn’t pressure me to buy there and then, upsell, or, once I picked the pair to buy, suggest having to replace my new purchase quickly in the future. Overall, a calm, helpful experience. Plus, they offer a discount for Blue Light cardholders.

   Went in for a gait analysis before buying some new shoes as I'd been getting a sore ankle. The service was excellent and the staff are clearly extremely knowledgeable. The man who helped me was able to talk me through various options and was mindful to provide range of price points. At no point was there any pressure to buy/make a decision but I ended up with a great pair of new shoes. Recommended.

   Very disappointed- drove 45 miles to check this store out and buy some new running shoes( seen in sale online) only to discover the shop did not hold very many sale items! Also wanted to check out my running gait but the assistant was very reluctant for me to use the facility saying if I was happy with how I was running then I should stick with a neutral shoe. I left empty handed and without any additional knowledge as to what running shoe to buy other than “ if you’re happy with your existing shoe then stick with it! “ Definitely did not live up to my expectations!

   Best place if you want to find the right shoes for your feet, either for running or walking. Excellent service, we had been to other shops as well, never felt as good as Shrewsbury's. My husband had got gait analysis done and found the right shoes for him long back. So I came back to this branch and got the best pair.

   Absolutely brilliant service. Visited on Saturday 17th Dec for a new pair of gym trainers and the shop assistant (I didn't catch his name!) was just so knowledgeable and helpful. Did not feel rushed at all and came away with a pair that fit brilliantly. Would recommend to anyone.
