   Very disappointed this season. Clothes all too long dresses& skirts . The merchandising takes a lot to be desired. I used to spend a lot in this shop not anymore. The quality of the clothes are good, just too expensive compared to other high end high street shops.

   Went into the store today and the customer service was shocking. Cashier (Delveen according to the receipt - middle aged woman with dark shoulder length hair and glasses) asked if I was there to return an item and when I said I was, she sighed heavily and was extremely rude. The product was fine, just not the right size. She was rude throughout the whole transaction, not just in terms of what she said but also in tone. Had she been under pressure with a queue of customers I would have had some sympathy but the store was empty (I now know why!) Not sure what I did to Delveen to deserve being spoken to like dirt but I won't be returning for this "customer experience".

   My 'go to' for clothes shopping. I usually manage to find something to fit and that I like. Good wardrobe staples as well as special event outfits. Staff helpful and courteous. Wish the petite range was bigger then they'd get 5 stars!

   As always. Good Variety of clothes although some are a bit pricey for my pension! , But the reward voucher helps a lot. very helpful and friendly staff who can't do enough for you. The majority of my wardrobe is from M&Co. I have been shopping at the Newport stores since it opened and will carry on doing so It's my favorite store.
