Wonderful experience here, i have had many piercings and change overs done by both Emily and Charlene and they are both so professional and understanding. Fantastic environment, 10/10 will be coming back here for any future piercings
All staff were lovely. However, I had a changeover done for a nose piercing that i was struggling to get back in my nose. The day after I was in significant pain as the piercing inserted was too small to account for swelling meaning that the stud begun embedding into my skin causing bleeding, throbbing pain and a subsequent infection. Because of this i had to go to another piercing shop who was appalled at the job that had been done suggesting I make a complaint as the piercing had become so embedded it had to be cut off with pliers. This cost me extra money that did not need to be spent had the changeover been done correctly and it caused significant pain that would have had to be removed by urgent care had I not found a piercing shop in time. I am severely disappointed in the service provided and would not recommend
gone multiple times and super friendly staff each time, ive never felt rushed and it very quickly became the only place i trust to pierce me :)
I got my VCH done today by a lovely lady ( I think Liv?) absolutely brilliant experience, puts you so at ease and makes you feel so comfortable during the entire process! Definitely recommend ;)
Claim to be £15 per piercing, but totalled £70 to get one in each lobe! (deposit, earrings, ear care). In addition they're not symmetrical! The hole in one earlobe is much closer to my face than in the other. Further more the selection of earrings available is very limited and you can't buy earrings in pairs - the prices are per each individual earring. The above aside, they appeared to use a sterile technique with titanium rods and there are no signs of infection (yet)
Had such a good experience at Hedonism, I'd definitely recommend. I had my nose pierced 2 weeks ago after being booked in very quickly - my appointment itself was also super efficient, my appointment was scheduled for 10:15 and I was walking out of the door at 10:21! Great experience, friendly piercer, and they are always open to questions in the healing stages as well. Love my new nose piercing!
Bad customer service. Grumpy staff everytime we've called or gone in over the past few years. They did not honour appointment despite calling a couple of times to inform them of delay - they should have just cancelled the appointment instead of allowing us to drive 1 hour to be told they "had to call it" and had closed - that we would have understood. My friend was at the door at the time agreed as they ignored her knocking and calling as they turned the lights off. We will never go there again!
Came here today with 4 others to get 4 tongue piercings and an eyebrow piercing. The lady that did them was SO professional and, although myself and another could not get our tongues pierced due to our anatomy, I am so glad that the piercer explained what the issue was and why she could not go through with the piercing, instead of just going through with it and risking harm to myself or my friend. We all had such a great time. When we were told that we could not get the piercings we initially wanted we were offered to have different piercing, or to get our deposits back, which we both chose our deposits as we didn't know what to get, but we will deffinately be coming back for something else soon once we know what we would like done. I got my bridge pierced back in May and the piercer was so nice and welcoming and answered all of my questions, and the piercing has healed very nicely, especially for what is considered a surface piercing. I took my daughter here to get her ears pierced for the first time, she was a bit nervous but they were really good and put her at ease. Everywhere was lovely and clean. There was a nice choice of jewellery and the information on after care was great, I was really impressed, can't recommend enough, my turn next!
