Bought a pair of hoop earrings after the sales lady confirmed to me the earrings would fit. Well, they didn't. Went back to exchange them, but they said they told me, when buying, you can't exchange earrings. Well, they didn't tell me, it wasn't even the same sales lady. To me, it feels like a quick sale under false pretences. Will never buy there again
Came into beaverbrooks to buy my first proper watch. Was greeted by Joanne who walked me through the process start to finish. Didn’t have much of an idea of what watch I wanted but Joanne spent the time with me to show me watches that fitted what I was looking for. Was very patient with me. Honestly couldn’t have hoped for better service and I’m chuffed with the purchase I ended up making. Thankyou again to Joanne

Had a watch brought me as a present. James was very helpful adjusting the watch strap to fit me. James was very knowledgeable about the watch when talking me through how to use it day to day and how to maintain the watch. Highly recommend Beaverbrooks!!!
Called to ask if they could replace the battery in my Gucci watch. Advised the charge would be between £45-£60 and would have to be sent away!!, Took it to a little jewellers in Nantwich who replaced the battery in about 15 minutes cost £9.95
