Got my 8 month old daughter ears pierced yesterday. The staff were so good with her. It was the manager and the other girl with orange hair. They kept her entertained as she wouldn’t look up. It did take a while but they were really patient with her. Thank you so much!
Went to have my nose pierced today and the young lady who did it was lovely. All of the staff were very helpful and pleasant. Very good team. Customer service was brilliant.
I wanted to return item but the cashier ( young girl) started screaming at me that she can’t return it even tho it was still in packaging and I bought it yestrday she was very rude and didn’t want to do her job all I asked for is to return it
What can I say it's a trap for daughters and their daddies. They lure you in to never escape without a credit card full of sparkly shiney things

Absolutely a joke for a shop don't make it easy when you buy 3 get 3 free only to be charged more. more hassle than enough trying to get refunded won't ever use again avoid it for good
Bad customer service. Went to get ears pierced. Waited in a queue to be told to wait in another que, finally got served and was told to read conditions etc and sign, did that and had to wait again whilst the lady served everyone in the shop. After my daughter had her ears pierced, went to pay to be told again to join the back of another very long que. Understaffed
I am appalled at how this shop deceives customers with special offers that dont add up when you go to til. I went with my daughter she wanted earrings we saw this offer buy 3 get 3 free. Most of the earrings on that stand were between £2.50 and £6. My daughter chose 6 pairs thinking 3 would be free, when we went to pay for them the lady asked for £37. I was so shocked how disgusting!! She said some pairs are not included in the offer but they are on the same stand. There was nothing on the earrings to suggest they were not on same offer. We ended up giving them back which was embarrassing and purchased two pairs which were still expensive at £11 Complete rip off they are just normal costume jewellery of no real value!!! Please be aware of this shops shady tactics. The lady at the til was beyond rude rolled her eyes when we said we were not buying them. If you buy anything double check as like me you will get a shock when paying for your goods.
