“Over the last few years I have bought many pieces of jewellery from this shop and always found them pleasant and helpful but they were exceptional this week when I had lost a chain on a Linda Macdonald necklace that I had received as a gift just two days previous, I returned to the shop with the pendant explaining that the catch must have been faulty but had not got the chain to prove it they replaced the chain immediately and apologised for my inconvenience.
