I was very saddened a few weeks ago to find the diamond was missing on my engagement ring. After speaking to a couple of friends researching jewellers in the area I deciddd to take my ring to Longton Jewellers. Everyone was very friendly and the lady said it was fixable. They have done a fantastic job, I’m thrilled to bits with the end result. It’s like brand new again. They also made it bigger alongside with my wedding and eternity rings so now I can remove all three easily. I would recommend Longton Jewellers to anyone who needs anything precious to them repairing. Friendly, professional service with excellent results.

So over the moon! Thank you to Linda my other half Jan popped in today after my necklace from a close relative had broke, they had told us it would be fixed within a week which was no problem for me. I collected my bespoke handcuff bracelet today and I absolutely love it. Quality made, heavy silver bracelet with two little handcuff fastenings and a safety chain. I love it so much, ive requested a necklace to match. This is by far the best little jewellers in Stoke on Trent. Friendly, attentive and great value for money. Go see for yourselves.
