We brought our wedding bands from Timothy Roe earlier this year and experienced excellent customer service throughout the process, we never felt rushed or pressured. I have since taken advantage of a free ring clean voucher from that purchase for my engagement ring (not purchased at Timothy Roe) and they did a stellar job. Then this week the diamond of my engagement ring came loose and I emailed the store to see if they could help even if we didn't purchase it from Timothy Roe and the correspondence via email was super clear and helpful. My husband dropped by today and the ring was fixed there and then for no charge! My only regret is that my husband didn't go to Timothy Roe for my engagement ring in the first place!
