   I went to the Chichester branch initially to purchase something that could help secure my recently deceased husband's wedding ring onto my thumb , I was adamant i didn't want it cut or changed in any way but with the colder weather it was loose and I risked losing it . I was greeted by Kim , who could see I was still very raw and with wonderful compassion she consulted with Matt the gold Smith who was busy but took the time to reshape ? The ring so that now it fits comfortably but securely. Thank-you so much for your care X Ps they wouldn't take any payment Xx

   We initially discovered Gold Arts after seeing an eternity ring advertised online at their Brighton store who offered to send it to the Chichester branch for us to look at. We thought the staff were welcoming, friendly and knowledgeable. They did not make us feel rushed in any way about making a decision and they offered a very fair deal. Matt did a lovely job of resizing the ring without sacrificing any of the pretty detail. Since then, Gold Arts Chichester have become our go to place for anything jewellery and watch related. The staff genuinely want their customers to be happy and Mark, Matt, Noah and Laura are amazing. We would recommend a visit.

   Fantastic service, we had three really old heirloom 14 carat wedding rings that were just sitting in a drawer. Gold arts have turned those into a pair of "new" weddings rings for us with our special date engraved in them. Excellent price, outstanding quality of work, fabulously upcycled pieces.

   A bit over 6 months ago I purchased a bespoke engagement ring for my now fiancée, I was delighted with the help that I received from the team at Chichester as well as Charlotte in the Brighton branch. As for the ring, I was speechless when I first saw it, and my fiancée fell in love with it too. I couldn't recommend Gold Arts enough for their commitment to my needs and services.

   When I entered the shop at Chichester I was served by Mark - He had a welcoming look to him which instantly made me feel at ease! I can't put into words how professional and friendly he was. I was purchasing some pearls for my mother and Mark and his college Laura went above and beyond in making sure the correct ones were purchased. The whole team in the shop took an interest and put their views forward and honestly i left the shop with a big smile on my face. I will be telling all my friends and family to pop in! Thanks again

   I had been contemplating having my late mothers wedding ring remodelled. I had discussed with various jewellers but none had given me the confidence that I would get exactly what I hoped for. I met with Matt at Goldarts Chichester and immediately knew that I wanted him to remodel my mothers precious ring. Matt was lovely, very sensitive and kind. Matt suggested that Orange Blossom design was very pretty which was perfect and very meaningful as my mother loved miniature orange trees. I am so delighted and grateful for my beautiful remodelled ring. It is absolutely perfect, I could not be happier with the end result. It is so comforting to be able to wear my late mothers ring everyday but also to have a ring that is so pretty. Matt also sent a video of my mothers ring being melted down and kindly engraved the ring inside for me. The cost was very affordable it was all meant to be. Thank you Matt for your professionalism and for remodelling my late mothers ring that I can wear and treasure forever.

   Gold Arts excels in service and provided absolute exclusivity! I used Gold Arts to purchase my Fiancées engagement ring and Mark was able to guide me through my options and provide me with the most stunning ring to suit the style I wanted. He was extremely patient and attentive to my requirements before and after purchase, very friendly. Laura the manager was fantastic at providing guidance where it was needed and nothing was a problem from providing the best ring box and bag and organising the valuation ensuring a swift transition between handing over and receiving back. (The valuation service is incredible, definitely worth doing as it comes with official documents presented fantastically well with full details of the piece jewellery, allowing a confidence in insurance and something to keep along with the official cert). Jess was also really friendly and helpful at taking my queries over the phone and in store. Thanks to the whole team. The shop is high end, I highly recommend.
