I took a Breitling watch in to be sent away to have its bracelet repaired and a service with a new battery. It came back to me without the repair done but actually made worse and the battery replaced but the crown damaged. I found out later that the “repair “and battery replacement was actually done on site despite being told that it had been sent to London. This has left me out of pocket with them for £129 and several thousand pounds for Breitling to put right.
