   Purchased a beautiful Radley watch from the H . Samuel shop in Newport on the isle of Wight recently. The watch itself is perfect for both every day use and for more dressy occasions. It was bought for me by my husband as an anniversary gift and I couldn’t be more pleased with it. We were served by a wonderful lady - Max. Whatever you’re paying her it’s not enough as she was so professional, knowledgeable and friendly. I would recommend anyone to go to this store for their varied choice and great service.( Pssst….. there’s a sale on too!!)

   This is for the Newport IOW store 4244. I cannot fault the wonderful service that I get each time from the staff at the Newport shop. I recently had to have my wedding ring cut off my finger after 25 years of marriage as it had got too tight ready to be made larger. Rachel served me from start to finish. She was so kind and thoughtful. When the ring came back she made sure that it was to my satisfaction and communicated with me throughout the time it was in for repair. I was treated as a valued customer from both Sue and Rachel at all times. This is why I will not use any other jewellers. The level of service that I received from Rachel was amazing and all the other staff members have always been equally kind. Definitely staff that are dedicated and treat people in the best way possible. I would like Newport on the Isle of Wight to be recognised as going the extra mile ALL THE TIME.
