We brought our wedding bands from Timothy Roe earlier this year and experienced excellent customer service throughout the process, we never felt rushed or pressured. I have since taken advantage of a free ring clean voucher from that purchase for my engagement ring (not purchased at Timothy Roe) and they did a stellar job. Then this week the diamond of my engagement ring came loose and I emailed the store to see if they could help even if we didn't purchase it from Timothy Roe and the correspondence via email was super clear and helpful.
