“I like to use RD because I find their customer service very helpful, where nothing seems to a be a bother. I went to the shop today and can say that the staff in the shop were just as good. I'd rang up the day before and asked if they could put an item aside for me, the lady said no problem. “We’ve just purchased our fourth and fifth items from here and we are over the moon! All the items we have purchased have been an absolute bargain and we are so pleased with all of them. We have loved the Cotswold Company for many years so we’re very excited when an outlet popped up so close to home. We did notice at our last visit that there was less on the shop floor, but it seems that it’s because so many people have discovered this hidden gem. We reserved some items that hadn’t been put out on the shop floor yet, we got a phone call a few days later and were able to collect this weekend. The staff were really helpful and lovely. Very happy with our experience.”

We now have set off on our voyage and three weeks in, the perfectly fitted mattress has transformed our nights (as far as comfort is concerned!!).
