Not the most helpful ladie in the cafe area as they said there was no hot food, fair enough at 3 15 pm but won't sell me a cold sausage roll either as we were told that They were tomorrow, not frozen either. Might be giving it a miss in the future

What a great store all stock was out and had correct prices on which makes a change from my local store. Staff were working hard but chatty and helpful.cafe was efficient and food good. Toilets clean also. No issues with park

Large store with a lot of household stuff. Be careful with the prices because they either are not marked or products are out of the right place. The have a cafe but it was closed at around 7 pm. Plenty of parking on the area although it does have time limit. They already had Christmas decorations for sale in September! Came to this place to collect something I bought from old Wilko website and chose "click and collect".

Good selection of Halloween and Christmas merchandise however basic items not available such as cleaning materials, washing up bowl, washing up liquid and some laundry liquid. Shop looked very tacky and cheap inside. It was quite dark and neither up or down escalators were working so had to walk up/down a stationary one whilst the other was being worked on. Only 2 checkout operators working and there were long queues.

Love this store and spend a lot of money here for work and personal use. However, I took something back that was not fit for purpose . The Manager was extremely unhelpful, did not apologise just told me to contact Head Office which I have. Customer service goes a long way I understand problems happen it is how you deal with it.

I went here to collect an online order of static film I wanted & this was the only place I could find that did the dc-fix static film "Linea". I got an email once it was in store, had to go upstairs to collect at "furniture" desk. Had a mooch about whilst I was here as haven't been in so long. Literally everything in here. Upstairs I spotted a cafe, lighting, camping, garden, clothing, BBQ, anything hobby wise (painting, knitting, crafting etc) & paper/office supplies, furniture, keep fit bits (hand weights etc). Downstairs had household & garden ornaments, pictures/mirrors, pet dept, garden bird items, hardware bits, paint/wallpaper, bathroom furniture/towels etc, kitchen stuff including electrical items, cooking/baking items, bedding, curtains, pillows etc, small section of sweets, cleaning items, drinks, crisps, toiletries etc. Small section with charging leads, speakers etc. Garden furniture dotted abt. Probably loads I missed too. All seemed good value which is a bonus. Plenty of parking. Trollies & baskets available. Good all round shop. Bit like a small "department shop" of old, but only people of a certain age would remember! Should go more often, but I'm put off by the fact it's at Westhampnett & can be a pain to get to with all these new builds/road closures occuring, it was bad enough before this most days, but if you can tolerate the traffic at certain times of the day, then well worth a visit.

Nice enough. Dog food at excellent prices. That's what I wanted. And tea lights at a good price. The queue to get out was huge. Staff were friendly, but stressed. Guess they need more.

Surprisingly big, and more importantly, spacious. This is especially welcome compared to other stores in Sussex. Usual wide range of housewares that you didn't know you needed (or perhaps wanted), bit once you get to know the general range of items, this store is handy to grab a bargain. Only complaint is that the tills are woefully understaffed in the evenings.

The biggest range I've been to. Very well stocked in seasonal items. Spent a long time looking around the store and bought much more than intended. Prices are so good.
