Great shop. Good for a browse too. Matalan have their Christmas shop open. They have some lovely bits in there
Speakers are making a terrible high pitched sound which was really off putting and ended up leaving. Self serve tills are slow and the 1 manned till is usually a queue for as it's a returns desk. Clothes and homewares are reasonably priced.
Not been matalan for ages They've got quite expensive Lots in sale online but not in store Didn't see anything I liked tbh
Nice big store. never seem to have the right sizes, never enough boys clothes no choice at all. Great wedges get more of the popular sizes. Needs a customer toilet
The clothes selection wasn't great. Some of the homeward and the suitcases looked nice but they have definitely gone down hill for ladies clothes!!
Went to return a click and collect. Uou may mot know but changing rooms are mo longer in use at bognor. You will need to try st home.
Always forget to shop here, when we do... staff always so friendly and the prices are amazing. Will be coming here more in the future
I managed to get some really nice bargains. Nice clean open shop with friendly staff.
Tills today seriously understaffed. On self service had to wait ages for help as card not accepted and staff member very unfriendly and grumpy and had to get her back to finish transaction as I was left part way through. Products were great value and super selection but staff attitude and such slow service to help us spoilt our trip. A smile goes a long way
Whilst you use comments like a more efficient service I know customers prefer interaction with an employee.personally I do not like being told to use a self service machine, other stores offer a choice. The decision to replace staff with machines is a bad one.
