“Andrea is an absolute star! This woman needs a pay rise! Her customer service is outstanding. From our first visit in March this year for our little ones first ever shoes to now. It's always been her that has fitted them and let me tell you are little one has not made it easy for her. Several tears and screams and panics and Andrea has never put any pressure or rush on us or our daughter and reassured her. Last week when we came for another sizing she was so much better. Don't get me wrong she still cried but we're making progress. We can't thank her enough and hope she and her Managers see this and she gets the praise she so rightly deserves. Thanks again Andrea.
