    Sadly, this has the air of a business heading for closure. Very little stock, which was spaced along the shelves to give the appearance of more. The staff were totally disinterested in the customers - their phones were of far more interest. (Perhaps they were looking for a new job.) We went to ShoeZone across the road, where they was a huge variety of stock and friendly, helpful staff.

    Andrea is an absolute star! This woman needs a pay rise! Her customer service is outstanding. From our first visit in March this year for our little ones first ever shoes to now. It's always been her that has fitted them and let me tell you are little one has not made it easy for her. Several tears and screams and panics and Andrea has never put any pressure or rush on us or our daughter and reassured her. Last week when we came for another sizing she was so much better. Don't get me wrong she still cried but we're making progress. We can't thank her enough and hope she and her Managers see this and she gets the praise she so rightly deserves. Thanks again Andrea. See you for the next growth spurt!

    Outstanding customer service received from team leader Kim. I called the branch in advance to find out if they still had any school shoes in my daughter's size. Very kindly, Kim physically checked availability. When we showed up at the shop, he recognised us straight away. He was attentive, professional, assertive, friendly and patient. My daughter really enjoyed being Kim's little customer. What a wonderful guy! His team also seemed relaxed and happy, which probably means Kim is a great team leader.

    Fast service with ticket system. Staff were great with my over excited 4yr old son. Tablet idea for measuring feet & helping keep kids entertained is fantastic idea! Quality of shoes is excellent. I pop in here just to get sons feet measured periodically aswell, because i feel its really important for my son to have shoes that fit properly & are comfortable/smart. Can order online yo store which is handy as don't always have what i want in stock
