The ladies that work there are lovely, always polite and friendly. Good and varied selection of products. The older guy, Tony is awful. Rude, obnoxious and unpleasant. Let's the whole shop down.
I was pleasantly surprised by how helpful and friendly the staff were. There was a huge variety of stock, and plenty in my size.

I went into Bognor Regis shop today, I was served by Tony,who went out of his way to assist me,. I should point out I am disabled, and only five foot tall, He not only passed down to me the slippers I was looking for,but even checked up stairs, to find the correct size I needed for my husband. I will pass on this account of good service and polite understanding, he is a credit to your shop.
