“My first kiddo is going to be 4 soon, so I'm a complete newbie to the uniform process. Even though I ordered late for September (I was trying to give her a little time to grow before committing to sizes) they were very courtious when I messaged with questions, prompt and answered all my questions. They even refunded part of my order when I realised I'd made a mistake. And then the icing on the cake was that the order was delivered the next day. The items are well made, in perfect condition, and the customer service was awesome. 5 stars :) will recommend”

“I was looking for a Pokémon backpack for my grandson's birthday. A Google search showed they sold them here at Wynsors. I checked stock here at the Crewe store and reserved the item. I then rang the store to double check. Donna, the lady who answered the phone was brilliant. She confirmed there was just ONE left and put it behind the checkout for me so that it would tie up with my online reservation when it came through. When I got to store later Donna was there at the checkout with a wonderful smile holding the Pokémon backpack aloft with all my reservation details on her pad. This is what proper quality customer service is like. Donna is a bubbly, happy and very experienced retail professional. The Wynsors business plus the regional and store management teams should all be very proud of her, their store and the very, very high product and service offering provided. At 4pm today my grandson will be beaming from ear-to-ear and that will be thanks in no small part to Donna from the Wynsors store in Crewe - take a bow Donna, you're a Superstar ⭐️”

“Went to Telford for a particular pair of shoes for my husband - they did not have his size in stock but the assistant- Jess - said we could get a pair delivered for free by Thursday. She was extremely helpful, polite and a credit to the business. Thank you.”

“Went in initially to get a tie for a funeral I was attending. I explained I had a dark blue suit so the chap went through some options with me to compliment my suit… settled on a standard black tie… when I got home I realised my shirt had a mark on it and wouldn’t have time to have it cleaned and pressed so popped back in and he showed me some options from different price ranges. Got my size perfect first time and even steamed it for me… great service, very knowledgeable and great prices. Clothing seemed very well priced especially for a small independent retailer… the range was surprising too, lots of stock, well lit. Very happy customer will most certainly use them again for my future needs.”

“Amazing store with really helpful staff! My husband and I visited a few pram shops a couple months ago and as first time parents were overwhelmed with the choice and trying to figure out what was good value for money. In all the other pram shops we went to the staff were really unhelpful, didn't really know the answers to our questions and couldn't take us through a demo of the prams, we left with more questions! Well when we walked into premier baby we were greeted with a smile and the gent who runs the shop was so helpful without being pushy or patronising, he explained everything to us and took us through a few different options until we found the pram for us! This was a few months ago, we went back in yesterday to order it and he remembered us and exactly what we had been looking for. Can't recommend enough, don't get service this good very often anymore but the shop runner here really knows his stuff, is friendly and approachable but doesn't pressure you into anything. Will be returning for other baby items, thank you Premier baby!”

“What a beautiful traditional shoe shop, I found this shop on Google as I was looking for a local dr martens stockist, I drove from cannock and I wasn't disappointed, young man running the store was very knowledgeable and helpful I walked away with my dream pair of boots thankyou”

“Bought a sun hat for my grandson it’s perfect fit - I used the on size line guide it works: quality is excellent. My comment and it’s not a criticism:is that my grandson gets prick heat and is prone to getting sunburn on the back of his neck. Obviously the store doesn’t know this: We were hoping the rear of the hat would be made a little bit longer. I don’t think he will be the only person with this issue: perhaps a business opportunity.”

“What can I say about Emma, and Footprints. Incredible, just simply Incredible. She has been providing shoes for my children (and the odd one or two for me as well) for well over 10 years, and, it would be amiss of me to not write a review of this fabulous shoe shop. Emma is just so patient (my son has learning disabilities), knowledgeable about the shoes she stocks (he also has issues with his mobility) and leaves a lasting impression on children (and adults) who come through her door. Following person toil and loss, she still opens her shop to whom ever needs it. A testament to how strong her family is, and for the love and personal connection she has with the customers she has built up over the years. Somthing she will never lose from my wife nor I. If you're in Leek (or further afield, its well worth the journey) looking for children's (or on occasion adults) shoes (school or other wise) you would do no better than Emma and Footprints.”
