   I visited the store today 15.07.25 after school, having being recommended by Charles Clinkard, Clark's and other shoe shops. My eldest son has a high instep and we've had extreme difficulty finding a shop that as the patience to try multiple trainers/shoes, because most are too uncomfortable for him to even wear a few minutes. My other son is the polar opposite and prefers his trainer's/shoes to be tight as possible, he's constantly taking his shoes off and having a meltdown because he feels that they are too loose, we have to send multiple pairs of shoes to school for him to wear through the day, just to stop the meltdowns. I'm extremely happy with the time and attention that both boys received today, both boys came home wearing a pair of trainers that fit comfortably and they both ran through Shrewsbury enjoying their new trainers. We travelled from Cannock in Staffordshire especially to try the shop and will definitely be returning for the next school term.

   Popped in today to get my 14 month old son’s feet measured properly for the first time, brilliant service. Being this age and a lockdown baby, it wasn’t the easiest of experiences but the lady who served us (apologies for not getting your name) was wonderfully patient and extremely helpful and knowledgable. We came away with two lovely new pairs of shoes that we know fit correctly. Thank you for an amazing service, we will be back - and hopefully baby will be a little more patient next time :)
