The best shoe shop for children. Wouldn't dream of going anywhere else for school shoes and so pleased they have size 7 & 8
Such a lovely shop, affordable, great stock choice and extremely knowledgable owners. I’ll be buying my children’s shoes from here from now on. SO much better than the generic (dull) chain shoe shops. Also really like the Frankwell location - away from the chaos of the shopping centre but still just a minutes walk from The Quarry.

Shoe B Do is such a lovely shop for children's shoes. So much choice in styles, sizes and colours. Gentleman who served us was so lovely with my granddaughter. Prices very reasonable. Highly recommend this shop.
Buy all our daughters shoes here the staff are so friendly and helpful. As for the shoes we always feel spoilt for choice and always good quality. It has to be the best children's shoe shop in Shrewsbury
A shame that the after sales service is so poor. When I had an issue with some shoes, I had no service whatsoever. In fact I was practically thrown out the shop. Even though there was an obvious fault with the shoes, management refused to offer any form of exchange or refund. Trading Standards informed!
Atrocious Customer Service - AVOID How a retailer deals with an issue is a good measure of customer service. After paying £40 in the sale (RRP£65) for a pair of shoes for a 3 year old girl I was disappointed to find after a couple of days of wearing them the braiding on them had pretty much broke. My daughter is a "girly" girl and plays princesses rather than climbing trees so they hadnt been abused. The shoes were returned however they refused to replace them or offer any form of compensation and instead the lady I dealt with got irate and accused me of "pushing into the queue". I had taken my letter (this is how they assign your place in the queue) and had waited for my turn. When I pointed this out she then accused me of "creating a negative atmosphere in the shop" and told me to "take it up with Trading Standards". We travel 20 miles to this shoe shop and this is the only place we have ever bought our child's shoes from. They charge a premium price for shoes which we didnt mind paying as we thought we were getting good customer service, obviously not the case Needless to say we will now have to take this up with Trading Standards and of course share our review on numerous websites to stop other people falling foul
